KB Cycle Tracker respects your privacy. This application is designed to help users track menstrual cycles and fertility periods.

Information We Collect

When you sign in using Google, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Google account ID
• Profile picture

This information is used only to create and manage your account inside the application.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide login access
• Store cycle tracking data
• Improve the application experience

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

Google Calendar Integration

KB Cycle Tracker offers integration with Google Calendar as an optional reminder feature for users. When you choose to use this feature:

• Reminders you create in the application can be synced to your Google Calendar as events
• These events serve solely as reminders and notifications for your menstrual cycle tracking
• The integration uses your Google account's calendar permissions that you grant during login
• Events created in Google Calendar include the reminder title, date, and type information from KB Cycle Tracker
• You can enable or disable this synchronization at any time through the Profile settings

We only access your Google Calendar to create, update, or delete events that you explicitly choose to sync. We do not read, access, or store any other calendar events or data from your Google Calendar.

Google OAuth Scopes We Request

KB Cycle Tracker requests only these Google OAuth scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile to display your Google profile name and photo
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email to identify your account and sign you in
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events to create, update, and delete reminder events that you choose to sync to your Google Calendar

We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

Data Storage

User data is stored securely using cloud database services. KB Cycle tracking data is stored privately and only accessible by the user.

Sensitive Data Protection

Menstrual cycle data, fertility notes, reminder content, and related health information are treated as sensitive personal data.

• Data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS when you access KB Cycle Tracker through its deployed web domain
• Server-side records are linked to your authenticated Google account and backend access checks restrict each user to their own records
• We store basic Google profile data in our database only for account management: name, email address, Google account ID, and profile picture
• We do not store your Google account password
• We do not store your full Google Calendar contents; only reminder information that you choose to sync from KB Cycle Tracker is sent to Google Calendar
• Browser backup data may be stored in your device's local storage to support offline use and recovery

Data Retention

We retain Google profile data and app data for as long as your account remains active or until you request deletion.

• Google profile data retained: name, email address, Google account ID, and profile picture
• App data retained: cycle entries, notes, reminders, selected program, and reminder sync metadata
• Reminder events that you sync to Google Calendar remain in your Google Calendar until you delete them from KB Cycle Tracker or directly from Google Calendar
• Browser backup data stored in local storage remains on your device until you log out, clear browser storage, or remove it manually

Delete Your Data

You can delete reminder items, notes, and cycle records from inside KB Cycle Tracker. Deleting synced reminders from KB Cycle Tracker also deletes the corresponding reminder event created by KB Cycle Tracker in your Google Calendar.

If you want us to delete your account and associated server-side data, email info@masagam.my.id from your registered Google account address and include your Google account email. We will use that request to verify ownership and process deletion of associated server-side records.

To remove browser backup data stored on your device, log out and clear your browser storage for KB Cycle Tracker.
